My name is Brandon Lee and I began playing the violin at the age of 3. I have taken part in numerous state level and international level competitions. Most recently, I have been given the third prize in the Concorso Internazionale per Giovani Violinisti Festival dell’ Amicizia mani tra Cine e Italia international competition in 2020. Participating in the Georgia Music Teachers Association competitions for numerous years, I have won the Outstanding Performer Award for the Strings category in 2021 and 2022, the Outstanding Performer Award for the Instrumental Concerto in 2021, and the Award of Excellence for the Instrumental Concerto in 2022. In terms of orchestral playing, I have participated in the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra since 2019 in my 9th grade year. I have also participated in the All-State Orchestra since 2017 my 6th grade year, obtaining third chair in the first violin section in 2021 and the principal second violin position in 2022.
